2 Ways to Apply Oil
“I don’t have time to drop and rub cuticle oil on my fingers all the time!”
No problem. We’ve got two ways you can apply the oil! Continue reading our yapping below or watch our handy video here.
THE DROPPER
The first is the dropper. This is our full size, 30 mL, glass pipette dropper bottle format. We think of this as our regular size bottle. It’s a bit big to carry in your purse all the time (though you can certainly still take it traveling since it’s only 1 oz!) but it has a nice flat surface that allows you to have it on your night stand or bathroom counter for nightly use.
The dropper bottle is, as it’s named, meant to help put drops of oil onto your hands. A small squeeze will do a single small drop (which is really all you need per hand), and a longer duration squeeze allows a flow of liquid to come out. This is great if you also want to put the oil on the rest of your hands — a recommended method for night time hand care.
THE ROLLER
The second is the roller. This is our smaller size, 9 mL, glass bottle with a metal ball format. We think of this as our travel size bottle since it fits into your purse, backpack, car compartments, even some pockets!
The roller bottle is, as it’s named, meant to roll oil onto your nails and hands. This is a great option if you have work to get back to and don’t want to be typing with oil on your fingers. You’re able to roll oil onto your cuticle and nail area without using your fingers to touch it. We’ve got a handy video here to show how our founder Jo puts oil on throughout her work day!
